Get Ready for COLUMBUS KIDS FASHION WEEK!

Exciting Opportunities Await!

It's happening right here in Columbus!

In 2009, our founder and executive director, Priscila Teixeira, along with a few other locals led a visionary fashion challenge that repurposed materials, paving the way for a group of kids to participate in the very first kids fashion show at the prestigious HighBall Halloween, which was just finding its footing (It started in 2007).

Behind the scenes of this large event production there was a group of talented professionals including some who have now joined forces on the board of The Fashion Community (TFC). Together with a powerhouse team of collaborators from other local businesses including Columbus Fashion Academy staff and other long-standing fantastic connections in the city's fashion scene, this collective of talent is laying the foundation for a bold new chapter.

Today, we’re thrilled to announce Columbus Kids Fashion Week, a city-wide celebration of creativity, confidence, community, and inclusivity. This event isn’t just about showcasing fashion—it’s about empowering young minds from all neighborhoods, connecting generations, and making space for everyone to shine. With roots in Columbus’ growing fashion industry presence and a forward-thinking vision, this is only the beginning.

And we’re inviting YOU to be part of it! Whether you’re a designer, educator, creative, or supporter, we welcome collaborators, partners and sponsors to join this movement and make an impact in the lives of many. Let’s inspire, empower, and celebrate courage, creativity, connection and talent from every corner of our city.
