Founded by Priscila Teixeira, The Fashion Community (TFC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit human services agency dedicated to fostering creativity and empowerment for individuals and organizations from all backgrounds. TFC champions creativity as a vital life skill, not a luxury or elective pursuit. Through engaging classes, special events, mentoring, certification programs and workforce development programs across Central Ohio, TFC cultivates creativity while also educating on fashion and sustainability. By encouraging a balance between the left and right sides of the brain, TFC demonstrates that creativity transcends traditional art forms, becoming a cornerstone for innovation, problem-solving, and personal growth.
